Replace type (glued on honing holders)
Replace type honing stones are for O-ring type honing heads.
They are rounded if requested.

Disposable type (glued on steel plates )
Disposable type honing stones are for our original
magnet type honing heads.
There is no need to send stone holders when replaced.
They are rounded as the same round shape of each workpiece,
so grinding quality is stable from the first bore.

Molded type & Monoblock type
They are disposable types, so there is no need to keep
spare stone holders.
Molded type is for a relatively simple base shape, and
Monoblock type is for a relatively complicated base shape.

Cast type
Cast type are used for a relatively simple base shape
with a single taper.
They are disposable type, so there is no need to keep
spare stone holders.

Shell type
Shell type is often used for workpieces that has complicated
shapes and high precision requirements at automated
production lines, such as gearboxes that has big horizontal
holes, valves, and stator cores.
They are used for Hydraulic components mainly.
